Amy Kravitz, MS, PA-C

Amy received her undergraduate degree from Hamilton College and her Physician Assistant degree from Pace University. She has been practicing medicine since 2011. She moved to the pioneer valley with her family in 2016 when she joined the Hampshire Gastroenterology practice.


Laurie Naughton, MS, PA-C

Laurie graduated from Haverford College and earned a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from RWJ/University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 2000. Her interests in Gastroenterology include Hepatitis B & C, Cirrhosis and functional disorders.


Anthony David Lecours, DNP

Anthony is nationally board certified in adult health by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and possess over 20 years of clinical experience in internal medicine. Before joining Hampshire Gastroenterology, Anthony worked in Northern California in a variety of primary care and specialty settings, including gastroenterology. Anthony completed his NP training in family medicine in San Diego, and earned his Master of Science (MS) degree in International & Cross-Cultural Nursing from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). Anthony also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. Dr. Lecours is dedicated to the wellbeing of his patients, and brings a trans-cultural perspective to the care he delivers. Furthermore, he has a special interest in colorectal diseases, specifically, and in providing sound and holistic patient-centered care to all of his patients.


Rachel Clay, MSN, NP-CRachel Clay, MSN, NP-C

Rachel graduated from UMass Dartmouth with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and earned her Masters in Nursing from Simmons College in 2015. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Boston and then as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Southeastern Mass until she moved to Western Mass to specialize in Gastroenterology.
